Bills
Each month we close, we keep a bill for your platform. You can find every month's bill under Bills in the Platform Admin menu.
What a bill contains
A bill has two sets of files, each as PDF, CSV and JSON:

| Account billing | What each of your accounts owes you for the month. Bill your customers from these files. |
| Platform billing | What you owe us for the month: your service charges, plus the taxes and fees collected. |
Billing Files explains what is in each file and how the numbers fit together.
Downloading
- Select Download all (zip) to download the month's bill as one zip file containing all six files.
- Select a single file (for example Account billing (PDF)) to download only that file.
The zip is named after your platform and the month, for example acme-2026-07-bill.zip. The files inside keep their plain names (account-billing.pdf, platform-invoice.csv and so on).
Who can see bills
Bills show what every one of your accounts was charged, so only platform admins can see them. Account admins cannot open this page or download a bill.
