Caller ID a call forwarded or transferred to an external number presents:

  • original: the original caller (default).
  • called_number: the account number the call came in on. A call that did not arrive on one of the account's numbers presents the same caller ID as original.
  • did: the account number named by caller_id_did.

A number that is not active with outbound calling enabled when the call is placed is not presented; the call presents the original caller instead.
