Phone Admin Password

Every provisioned desk phone and DECT base station has a built-in web interface for local diagnostics and advanced settings. Access to this interface is protected by an admin password that is configured automatically during provisioning.

Default Password​

The admin password for all devices is:

147258

This password is applied automatically when a device is provisioned. You do not need to configure it manually.

Where to Find It​

The effective admin password for the account is shown on the Devices page inside the Provisioning card, alongside the account's provisioning token. Use the copy button next to the password to copy it to your clipboard.

Accessing the Device Web Interface​

  1. Find the device's IP address on the Devices page or on the phone's display (usually under Settings → Network).
  2. Open a browser and navigate to http://<device-ip>.
  3. Log in with username admin and the password shown in the Provisioning card.
caution

The device web interface is intended for diagnostics and troubleshooting. Changing settings directly on the device may be overwritten on the next provisioning sync.
