Provisioning Tokens

Each account has a provisioning token used for auto-provisioning devices. The token and its corresponding provision URL are displayed on the Devices page in a card visible to account admins, platform admins, and super admins.

Rotating a Token

If a token is compromised or you need to issue a new one:

  1. Navigate to Devices for the target account.
  2. In the Provisioning Token card, click Rotate Token.
  3. Read the warning carefully — rotating the token invalidates the current token immediately. Phones that have already been provisioned using the old token will no longer be able to fetch their configuration.
  4. Click Rotate Token to confirm.
  5. Re-provision affected devices with the new token.
