Provisioning Tokens
Each account has a provisioning token used for auto-provisioning devices. The token and its corresponding provision URL are displayed on the Devices page in a card visible to account admins, platform admins, and super admins.
Rotating a Token
If a token is compromised or you need to issue a new one:
- Navigate to Devices for the target account.
- In the Provisioning Token card, click Rotate Token.
- Read the warning carefully — rotating the token invalidates the current token immediately. Phones that have already been provisioned using the old token will no longer be able to fetch their configuration.
- Click Rotate Token to confirm.
- Re-provision affected devices with the new token.
